Gel toe spreader with loop (Premier Gel). Universal for left or right. 2 pads in dispensable box.
How to use for different hammertoe problems:
1. Can use between toes to separate 2 toes with a gel spreader in between the 2 toes.
2. Can hold a hammertoe down by placing this pad ON TOP of the toe so that the shoe hits the pad and therefore holds the toe down straighter or straight depending on how much room is in the toe box of the shoe.
3. Can hold a hammertoe up or lift up the tip of the toe - by placing this pad on the bottom of the toe so that the tip of the toe becomes lifted and straighter
Note: bear in mind - for uses of this pad on top of the toe or on bottom of the toe to straighten - the toe has to be flexible and not rigid
